**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate programs and activities for children aged 3 months to 5 years old, based on the Early Years Learning Framework
- Foster positive relationships with children and families, and promote a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Observe and document children's learning and development, and use this information to inform program planning and individualized learning plans
- Work collaboratively with other educators to create a safe and stimulating learning environment for children
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to children, and assess their progress against developmental milestones
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance and incident reports
- Comply with all relevant legislative requirements and organizational policies and procedures
- Participate in professional development activities to maintain and enhance knowledge and skills in early childhood education

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to work independently
- Passionate about providing high-quality early childhood education and care

**Salary**: $20.33 - $57.21 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: One location
