This is a permanent full-time role based in BRISBANE (hybrid work model available)

Enough about us What you’ll do as Traffic Operations Executive:
As the Traffic Operations Executive you will be working in a vital department which is responsible for producing the daily commercial broadcast schedule, the main focus is maximising revenue through the management and delivery of commercial inventory and working closely with the Sales team.

Reporting to the Traffic Operations Manager, the Traffic Operations Executive will be responsible for:

- Providing high level of service to Sales to maximise their ability to generate revenue
- Ensuring conflictions in commercial schedules are identified & resolved before passing to Traffic Operation Seniors
- Checking commercial placement to ensure it meets classification requirements set out in the ABA Code of Practice; AANA Food & Beverage.
- Be able to navigate around various different apps
- Being willing & able to be helpful, friendly and an open communicator
- Working collaboratively with the other parts of the Traffic department.
- Providing support to Coordinators in meeting their day-to-day job requirements

What are we looking for in a Traffic Operations Executive? What’s important?
- Experience in a Sales/operations or traffic role preferred but not essential
- Experience working with IBMS (not essential)
- Experience with Microsoft suite of programs
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise issues in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with several different stakeholders with varying agendas
- Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
