We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Cafe Manager to join our team and lead our cafe to new heights. As the Cafe Manager at LBF, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for our customers. You will also have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of cafe staff and uphold the values and vision of our brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Hiring and onboarding new wait staff and baristas
- Training employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment
- Should know Coffee making.
- Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed (like takeaway cups, coffee, milk and other ingredients)
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
- Add new menu items based on seasonality and customers’ preferences (for example vegan coffee drinks)
- Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
