The Tops Conference Centre is set on over 200 acres of bushland in Stanwell Tops. We host school and community groups, team-building retreats and conferences with a range of outdoor and indoor experiences, activities and challenges. Our catering team plays a key role in creating memorable experiences, and as the Front of House Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of it.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team that delivers meal service with warmth, professionalism and care.
  • Ensure meals are prepared and served safely and correctly, including accommodating special dietary needs.
  • Maintain calm and clear communication during busy service times, set clear expectations, and identify ways to improve the guest food experience.
  • Guide the team through change, pressure and complexity without adding stress.

About You

  • Hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally as a Front of House Supervisor.
  • Bring calm, confidence and a customer-focused approach during busy moments.
  • Desire to lead people well and learn how to improve leadership skills.
  • Clear communication and ability to set expectations for your team.
  • Be organized, adaptable and ready to make a difference.
  • Have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check.
