**The role**:
An exciting opportunity exists for a diverse, passionate and experienced HR leader who wants to make a successful contribution to the business and team by building on a basic HR and WHS framework to ensure the business has the foundations established for ongoing growth and development within the international relocations industry.
Take your HR Generalist skills to the next level in this role through:
- Business partnering with the Director, the leadership team and the greater workforce on all people matters
- Opportunity to revamp and communicate the people & culture strategy throughout the business,
- Review documentation, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation
- Provide superior advice, support and assistance across the full range of HR & WHS functions
- Take accountability for workforce planning, recruitment, selection and onboarding,
- Work with your peers to develop high performing teams across departments
- Collaborate with management to facilitate and drive organisational change
**About you**:
You are a visionary & transformational HR Leader who has
Ø Proven ability to manage and deliver a diverse range of HRM functions in a friendly and supportive work environment.
Ø Proven ability to establish, build and maintain effective working relationships, and to interact with others in a positive and constructive manner.
Ø Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
Ø Excellent listening, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Ø Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ø Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ø Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary HRM practices & Federal and State employment-related Awards and legislation.
Ø High level of computer literacy / IT skills
Ø Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role and/or warehousing & logistics industry.
Ø Tertiary qualifications in HRM, psychology or related discipline or equivalent experience.

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Performance bonus
**Experience**:
- Human resources management: 2 years (preferred)
