- Great customer service
- late nights and loud music
- creating a strong sense of community
- working with a close-knit, ragtag bunch of cross-trained all-rounders
- spray and wiping frequently touched surfaces with disinfectant
- A current NSW RSA
- A positive work atitude and be willing to assist bar and bistro staff when required
- Saturday night availability highly regarded
