**A snapshot of your role**:
- Create reports for the executive board on demand as well as monthly and yearly financials, budgets, and key ATO and BAS lodgements and documentation
- Manage the finance systems, processes and procedures - reviewing documentation and recommending improvements on a regular basis
- Coordinate the integration of new employees, managing payroll and assisting the team with accounting matters as required
- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable, generating invoices, requesting rebates and handling domestic and international revenue transactions
- Provide ad hoc bookkeeping, maintaining accurate financial records, processing reimbursements, monitoring rental agreements, contracts and other relevant concerns
