**Description**:
**Purpose of Role**

We are looking to bring on board a talented and tech savvy Business Improvements Manager to join the Finance Operations team at Pendula. The Business Improvements Manager will own all processes and systems across Pendula and will drive key internal projects relating to system and process improvement.

**The Role**

Providing key support across the different teams, this role is focused on enabling Pendula to grow globally from a systems and process perspective. The role is tasked with managing key processes, identifying improvements that will optimise how Pendula operates as well as managing all systems and their integration. In addition you will work closely with the different teams across Pendula to help identify key projects that will improve both systems and processes.

**You’ll spend time on the following**
- Identifying, documenting and improving processes across the business.
- Owning and supporting all key systems and their integration.
- Working on key internal projects relating to system and process improvements of general business operations identified by the business and approved by the CFO.
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of Pendula to be able to provision to different systems including Salesforce, Zuora and Domo.
- Ensuring the right processes to enable the integrity of the data that’s used by the Data Analyst.
- Point of contact tasked with managing external IT provider.
- Business partnering with the different functions across Pendula.
- Introduction and provisioning of systems and access to new starters.
- Reviewing and tracking of different tools and technologies that the business uses.
- Identifying and researching alternative tools and technologies that can improve functionality of the business.
- Identifying opportunities to align and re-engineer processes to improve speed and accuracy across the entire company.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 3-5 years in a business improvements and analysis role in a technology business
- In-depth experience of a range of technologies.
- Experience in process improvement and implementation.
- The ability to analyse data and run reports.
- Skill in identifying trends and anticipating needs.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with experience of translating insights into ideas.

- Comfortable working autonomously whilst collaborating with others
