Client Engagement and Intake Coordinator

Be the first point of contact for new participants - manage intake, onboarding, and care planning
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and referrers
- Promote our services (SIL, STA, MTA, respite, community access) at events and expos
- Travel across Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich & surrounding areas to engage with stakeholders
- Respond to enquiries and guide clients through NDIS processes
- Maintain accurate case notes and ensure quality, compliant service delivery
- Represent Bharosa at community and networking events across Brisbane

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
