We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Service Rebuild Advisor **to join our vibrant Workshop team based at the Perth Airport in a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for liaising with internal & external customers to estimate, quote and monitor repairs on heavy earthmoving equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity to get off the tools and enjoy being able to see your family each day

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Liaise with internal & external customers to estimate, quote and monitor repairs on heavy earthmoving equipment
- Coordinate the review of work to ensure quality, accuracy and completeness in line with customer requirements
- Provide expert advice and support on technical warranty claims
- Invoicing and reconciliation
- Liaise with OEM warranty departments to seek suitable outcomes
- Identify risks and development processes and implement suitable strategies around them

**To be successful you must have**:

- Relevant Trade Qualification
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience working on Heavy Earthmoving Equipment such as CAT, Hitachi
- SAP & Microsoft Suite knowledge
