Macmahon are looking for a **Workshop Supervisor** to join our team in a permanent full-time position focusing on heavy equipment rebuilds. The Workshop undertakes a range of tasks to manage Macmahon’s fleet of equipment, as well as maintenance projects for external clients.

**About the role**
- Monday to Friday; 50-hour week
- Based at the Perth Airport
- Lead a team of maintenance personnel to achieve heavy equipment rebuilds
- Highly competitive salary and annual bonus

**About you**
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Relevant Trade Certificate
- Proven experience in the repairs and maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment, specifically Caterpillar, Hitachi, Sandvik and Epiroc
- Ensuring a safe workplace is maintained and personnel are trained/competent
- Coordinate the repair/overhaul maintenance, to optimise workable times and minimise turn-around time
