Gallery Manager

Looking for a gallery manager covering the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate and carry out all gallery administration including reception, mail, couriers, greeting clients and
filing
- Co-work with the director on gallery exhibition curating, artist representation, online viewing room
- Work on marketing regarding Chinese/Australian art and culture media, magazine and institutions
outreach; Chinese social media operation and promotion
- Developing, implementing and monitoring gallery strategies, policies and plans for business expansion;
- Developing revenue raising opportunities and identifying external funding sources and sponsorship;
Establishing and directing operational and administrative procedures
- Directing budget, financial planning and resource allocation;
- Monitoring project progress and performance, adjusting processes and resources if needed to ensure
goals are met on time;
- Directing private client procurement, interaction, and retention;
- Directing regional cultural institutions and public museums relationships and collaborations;
- Monitoring and controlling artist management and communication
- Managing internships and Australian university work placements
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
