**The Opportunity**
As a Logistics Coordinator your job responsibilities would include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing inventory levels and ensuring accuracy, conducting regular stock checks, and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment. You may also be responsible for operating material handling equipment. It’s important to maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, while also working efficiently to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and tidy
- Accurately pick and pack orders for our consumable items, skincare products and spare parts
- Provide delivery ETAs to customers when delivering orders
- Ensuring that all deliveries/collections are scheduled via the daily manifest and executed within the agreed timeframe
- Processing inventory in an organised manner and storing in accordance with correct procedural standards
- Book couriers
- Loading & unloading stock to and from pallets
- Receipting & dispatching
- General ad-hoc warehouse duties as requested
- Client correspondence

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Order Picking using manual pick sheet.
- Physically fit to do manual handling.
- Enthusiastic attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Essential to be able to work well as part of a team
