SIL Team Leader Immediate Start in the South East

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SIL (Supported Independent Living) Team Leader to join our team at Pete’s Support. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and providing support to residents with disabilities in a warm and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the SIL support team to ensure high-quality care and support for residents
- Develop and implement individual support plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and support staff
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to support staff to ensure a person-centered and empowering approach
- Monitor and maintain the overall well-being, safety, and inclusion of residents within the residence
- Liaise with external stakeholders and professionals to advocate for residents' needs and interests

**Requirements**:

- a willingness to be adaptable to any situation.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of person-centered approaches and disability rights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Relevant qualifications in disability support or related field
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
