About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced C-Suite Executive Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the highest level. In addition, you will be Supporting the Finance, Investor Relations (IR) and Corporate Communications leaders as may be required. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support across all aspects of the CFO’s responsibilities.- Proactively anticipate the CFO’s needs and deliver timely, effective support.- Manage complex calendars, including meeting coordination, travel bookings, and event planning.- Coordinate events, meetings, and functions for the Finance, IR, and Corporate Communications teams.-
- Prepare presentations, Board papers, and Committee documents.- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.- Support Board-related logistics and documentation for CFO-led meetings.- Provide ad hoc support to leaders in Finance, IR, and Corporate Communications.- Process invoices and expenses for the team.- Draft internal communications on behalf of the CFO.- Maintain up-to-date intranet content for Finance, IR, and Corporate Communications.- Assist the IR team with half
- and full-year results, including analyst meetings, proofreading, and database updates (Miraqle).- Coordinate travel for the broader Finance, IR, and Corporate Communications teams.
About you
You’re a confident, proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys supporting multiple senior stakeholders. Ideally, you bring experience from the financial services sector and are comfortable working across global time zones and will bring the following key skills:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role at Group Executive level.- Background in financial services or global/international companies (preferred).- Experience coordinating Board activities (desirable).- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a tech-savvy approach and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Copilot.- Demonstrated experience working independently, proactively and displaying initiative.- Experience working in a highly confidential environment with senior stakeholders.- Highly organised with exceptional time management skills.
