About The Role
Based at our Maules Creek site, our Operators roles are accountable for the safe and efficient operation of mining equipment to meet production and budgetary targets. We are seeking experienced Operators to operate our mining fleet.
What You’ll Do
- 12hr shifts - rotating days & nights (6/4/4)
- Operate our fleet of CAT 789, Hitachi EH3500-EH5000 haul trucks, 350-800 tonne Hitachi excavators, D10 & D11 dozers
- Meet production and budgetary targets maintaining a high work output level
- Live the Whitehaven Values and contribute to a collaborative organisational culture

What You’ll Bring

- Production mining experience with statements of competency/VOC’s for equipment
- Ability to work an even time rotating day/night roster
- Current Drivers Licence
- Ability to pass an NSW Coal Board Medical
