**About the Role**:
Our** Brighton Le Sands **Early Learning Centre is currently seeking a passionate & motivated individual to join the team in reaching collective goals.
This is a **51** place center that prides itself our commitment to provide each child with an unprecedented level of individual care, quality education and genuine love, our core values.

This positions would be suitable for someone who has completed their Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and looking to extend on their career goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working collaboratively with a team of Early Childhood Educators toward collective goals.
- Facilitating a safe & caring environment for all children.
- Driving initiatives, curriculum activities, and continuous improvement.
- Observing and documenting the progress of each child, in line with the EYLF & NQS.
- Liaising with parents regarding routines, progress and challenges.
- Assisting with the implementation of programs and experiences to meet the needs of individual children
- Contributing to the completion of documentation of children's skills and interests that includes a clear cycle of reflective practice
- Ensuring the physical environment is well maintained
- Engaging in professional communication with families and caregivers

**About You**:

- Completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- ** Monday to Friday (Full Time) Availability**:

- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
- Current Working with Children Check
- Must have excellent written and communication skills
- A desire to work in the childcare industry and with children.
