Melbourne, Australia Team Global Express Full time

Team Global Express is seeking a proactive and experienced Assurance & Standards Manager to lead our subcontractor compliance and risk assurance program.

In this key leadership role, you’ll:

- Oversee and continuously improve our Delivery Partner Compliance Assurance Program
- Lead a team of auditors and manage risk through audits, investigations, and partner engagement
- Ensure compliance with WHS, CoR, and industrial instruments
- Advocate for fair, lawful treatment of subcontracted partners during reviews and investigations
- Partner with Legal, ER/IR, Safety and Union reps to resolve issues transparently

We’re looking for someone with:

- 7+ years in compliance, risk or audit (preferably in transport/logistics)
- Strong knowledge of industrial relations, including Awards & EAs
- Investigative experience involving IR and safety matters
- Excellent stakeholder and team leadership skills
