We are a fast-growing tech-savvy company only 2 years old and our Pakenham warehouse is seeking 2 new casual or full-time staff. We work with a range of brands from a range of industries, with many being small Australian businesses who are disrupting their respective industries. We offer our customers premium pick-packing and inventory management services, and use industry-leading software to make this happen.
- About the role:_

All our staff start by picking and packing orders before moving into stock replenishment, inventory management and customer service. There is also more software based work for those looking to learn Warehouse Management Software.

We value people who show leadership, initiative, integrity and communication. This work, which is sometimes unpredictable, challenges people to move, fail and learn fast, and most importantly to work well with the people around them. Whether you have or have not worked in a warehouse or logistics environment before, a strong work ethic, good communication and a desire to learn are most important to us and regardless of your experience, there will be plenty of opportunities to contribute meaningfully and grow in your skills - whether that’s learning to pick-pack, communicate with customers, drive a forklift or use a range of new software tools.

We are always seeking to improve our operation through efficiencies in every area and your questions, feedback and suggestions are absolutely important in doing this.

We have an amazing small and young team who teach generously, and our ideal new team members are eager to do good work, learn, grow and have fun :)

Basic software proficiency is preferred, though an eagerness to learn will suffice.
