YQM Pty Ltd is a company specialized in repair, maintenance and support on electronic devices such as laptops, tablets and mobile phones. We are based in Park Ridge (QLD 4125) and we are requiring an experienced hardware technician to fill a full-time position (38 hours a week). weekend availability is a must.

**About your skills and experience**:
Ideally your experience will include servicing on touch screens
- Repairing and refurbishing of laptops, mobile phones, tablets, iPad, and peripherals.
- Installing, setting-up, and test latest software in electronic devices.
- Diagnose and repair various mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
- Perform software updates, battery replacements, screen repairs, and other hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Occasionally doing onsite work (with short notice at times)
- Order, receive and distribution of spare parts.
- Good mechanical aptitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable, confident and a self-starter who is able to work independently.

**Qualifications**:

- An Information Technology background.
- Experience on repair, install, set-up, test, and troubleshooting computers, tablets, iPad and mobile phones.
- Skills in soldering on small electronics components. like chips, diodes, ports and reballing
- A strong knowledge and experience with PC networking
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft office suite - Word, Outlook & Excel
- The ability to maintain job documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High knowledge in computer software and mobile operating systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
