**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Using your admin superpowers to manage paperwork: photocopying, scanning, faxing (yes, that’s still a thing), and mailing.
- Showcasing your people skills by answering, screening, and transferring calls with ease.
- Keeping our digital and paper files more organised than your Spotify playlists.
- Supporting the Engineering team with project planning—because they need someone as detail-focused as you.
- Managing Jira projects and compiling Verification Equipment Dossiers (VED) with your sharp eye for detail.
- Issuing Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) like a pro.
- Keeping the QA System and Access database up to date—because you know the devil’s in the details.
- Taking meeting minutes that are so good, people will actually read them.
- Ensuring office supplies are always stocked—you’ll never run out of pens on your watch.
- Jumping into other admin tasks as needed, showing your flexibility and initiative.

- A Higher School Certificate or equivalent—or enough experience to show you’re up for the job.
- Top-notch organisational and time management skills.
- Solid computer skills—if you’re comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new systems like Pronto ERP, you’re golden.
