We're currently hiring **Support Workers in & around South West Sydney** who are ready to bring heart, energy, and reliability to the lives of people with disability.

As an ARYSE Support Worker, you’ll work directly with participants in their homes and local communities. Every day is different, and every interaction matters.

**Shifts include**:

- Mixed of morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts
- We encourage you to share your availability when applying

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting participants with personal care, mealtime, mobility, and everyday routines
- Assisting with community access: shopping, appointments, social events, beach walks, coffee catchups
- Helping participants build life skills and achieve their NDIS goals
- Logging accurate shift notes and using our digital systems (Brevity)
- Working alongside families, allied health professionals, and your team

**Who You Are**:

- Experienced in disability, community care or have relevant lived experience
- Understand how to support people with dignity and kindness
- Confident with personal care and domestic duties
- Have a good understanding of NDIS principles and participant rights
- Can adapt to changing needs and remain calm under pressure
- Work well independently and thrive in a people-first team
- Bring heart, humour and responsibility to everything you do

**Mandatory Requirements (or be willing to get)**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NSW Driver’s Licence + vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
- COVID-19 Vaccination (as per health guidelines)
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module + Infection Control Training
- Working With Children Check

**Desirable But Not Essential**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or Equivalent
- Manual Handling and/or Mental Health Experience
- Personal Care Experience
