Disability Support Worker Casual Position
The Company: Living Laughing Loving Disability Services began operating in May 2019 as an individual NDIS provider. Our company is known for the great care and pride we take with clients to ensure they not only achieve their goals but adapt to everyday lifestyle activities.
Our company guarantees that both clients and employees receive the best care along with ensuring safety and well-being.
At LLLDS We believe in assisting those with a disability to go about their lives without having to worry about any circumstances that may cross their path.
The Position:
- Valid police check, Working with children's check, first aid certificate along with drivers license.
- 2 years experience in working within the industry.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- The applicant must be able to work well with clients as well as the parents.
- Ability to work well under pressure, be able to multitask, be punctual and have great communication skills.
- Be able to provide to cross 2 referees (highly favoured).
- Available Monday-Sunday and be flexible to.
(Please note: Minimal training will be provided but all employees will definitely have the chance to meet all clients as well as get an idea of what is needed to work with them).
