Job type: Casual permanent shifts + covers when needed

Primary objective:
To deliver swimming lessons consistent with JUMP Swimming Programs, all its variations and versions.

To ensure safety of all lesson participants and to increase their water safety awareness.

To provide the highest level of customer service and support to ensure JUMP Swim School values are being implemented and utilised at all times

Key responsibilities:
Delivery of swimming lessons.
Collect customer feedback regarding the swimming lessons.
Maintain knowledge and swimming lesson consistency.
Maintain the immediate pool area, ensuring it is neat and tidy at all times.
Attend all company training and meetings as required.
General administration duties when required.
General cleaning duties when required.
Performing daily/weekly/monthly checklists as directed by the facilities Manager.
Ongoing training to ensure company standards are maintained.
Maintenance of all company documentation as required.
Other general cleaning and service duties as required.
Other duties as required and directed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
