**Responsibilities**:
As our new Account Executive, you will develop a core understanding of all facets of our aviation business, process policy documents, liaise with insurance companies and clients as well as providing flexible support to the Insurance Brokers by assisting with account management and administration of clients’ insurance policies. This role will see you:

- Managing relationships with existing clients and advising them on their insurance accounts
- Managing a portfolio of existing aviation clients
- Actively engage with the aviation industry to grow the portfolio and establish BMG Aviation as the market leader in these sectors
- Identifying and closing new business and identifying cross selling opportunities
- Processing and managing the administration of clients including quotes, changes, policy preparation etc
- Assisting the more senior brokers at a higher level

**What are we looking for?**

To be successful in this role, you might be a pilot looking for a change, have an interest or passion for aviation OR be an assistant general broker ready for your next step and challenge.

In addition, we’re seeking someone who has:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
- A passion for client servicing and sales
- Experience in insurance broking (desirable but not essential)
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (ideally) or be prepared to complete (fully funded and supported by the business)
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) desirable
