Based on the Sunshine Coast, we collaborate closely with our growth partners at Facebook, TikTok, and Google to drive success and stay ahead of the curve.

The Role:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing all tasks assigned by the Client Partner (CP). You will manage multiple brand accounts, ensuring that strategies and initiatives are completed within the client’s operational timelines. In this role, you’ll be tasked with understanding each client’s market, identifying new opportunities, and developing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition and enhance brand awareness. This includes analysing consumer preferences and market trends by conducting keyword research to identify new opportunities.

You’ll leverage organic growth strategies, including SEO, to maximise the overall impact of campaigns. The Marketing Specialist will also work closely with content writers and ad builders, providing direction and support to ensure high-quality content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy. You’ll report back to the CP on progress and completed tasks, allowing for account reconciliation and updates on new initiatives.

Tasks / Responsibilities:

- Conduct in depth keyword and market research for clients
- Optimise client’s website for better organic growth
- Conduct Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) for clients to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Analyse market trends to find new opportunities for clients
- Create content for client websites based on marketing and SEO best practices.
- Create detailed monthly analysis reports for clients highlighting changes in key performance metrics.
- Work closely with Client Partner to define solutions and objectives for clients.
- Participate in regular team meetings.
- Any other tasks required by your up-line
- Support business growth

About You: Please respond to these criteria
- Minimum of 5 years in the Marketing Industry.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an SEO related role.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing best practices.
- A deep understanding of branding.
- Experience in content creation and copywriting
- Experience in keyword research to identify growth opportunities
- An understanding of lead generation and organic growth for clients
- The ability to look for opportunities and discuss strategies with your up-line
- An eye for analysing data
- Experience of website management - Shopify and Wordpress would be an advantage
- Experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) would be an advantage
- Understanding of the digital marketing strategies including funnels and landing pages
- Attention to detail
- Team player and fully open to the company's culture
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to work from our Sunshine Coast Office
