**About the role**

As an Assistant Account Executive you will provide flexible support to Senior broking staff by assisting with account management, administration of clients’ insurance policies and document preparation. This role will see you:

- Provide timely and accurate business support with invoices; quotes; premium and adjustment calculations
- Undertaking entry information with speed, excellent accuracy and high attention to detail
- Liaise with clients and insurance providers

**About you?**

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Drive
- Very strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent calculation, processing, and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise work
- Ability to professionally engage with corporate clients
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word & Excel essential)
- Insurance/Aviation experience desirable but not essential
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (preferred but not essential) or willing to undertake
