Epoxy Flooring Installer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, shot blasting, or repairing cracks and joints.
- Measure and mark surface layouts using measuring tools and blueprints.
- Operate equipment such as grinders, mixers, and squeegees with precision and safety.
- Ensure proper curing times and monitor environmental conditions.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear proper PPE at all times.
- Clean work area after completion and ensure tools and equipment are maintained.
- Communicate clearly with project managers and clients regarding project timelines and expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in epoxy flooring or similar surface coating work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

**Work Environment**:

- Indoor and outdoor work environments depending on project scope.
- May involve travel to different job sites.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $200.00 - $250.00 per day
