Do you live on Brisbane's Northside?

We require a building or commercial cleaner for new construction and office fit-out cleaning. Experience in residential cleaning is also desirable.

If you are a mum with children looking after a house, then you already have the required experience. If required, you can work between school drop off and pick up times.

You must have a valid Construction White card. This can be obtained in one day via an online course from numerous course providers. Cost typically start from $110. You will also need steel capped safety shoes. A company polo shirt and PPE will be provided for you.

You must have good communication skills and have the ability to work within a team as well as working with limited supervision. A drivers licence and your own car is essential.

Essential to have a keen eye for detail along with the ability to finish surfaces quickly within a single pass. Typical duties include spot removal, vacuuming, mopping, wiping and polishing on a variety of surfaces as well as glass polishing. A full position description will be made available upon request.

The award wage is between $28.45 to $30.95 per hour and can be negotiated depending on experience and performance.

Any applicants with more than three years actual experience can negotiate up to $35 per hour.
