**Total Tools Toowoomba** is looking for a Full time** Online Orders / Dispatch Warehouse Team Member**, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

This position will suit an organised and detail-orientated person, must have previous experience using an inventory system. You will have great communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Previous goods receiving experience is essential to exceed in this role.

**What will you be doing?**
***Online Orders**
- Administer all aspects of On-line customer orders
- Place items on order for online/special customer orders
- Pick, pack, process and book transport for online orders
- Ensure online delivery and click and collect time KPI’s are met at all stores
- Supporting customer queries and offering solutions if needed
- Monitor the maintenance of online customer orders and Back orders
- Liaise with suppliers regarding online back orders
- Ensure courier pick up, ETA’s, receiving and dispatch of all online orders are in line with expectation and report noncompliance to Management
- Maintaining a tidy organized work area, ensuring it is always safe to operate in

**Dispatch Warehouse**
- Monitoring and processing All goods Outward Orders in a timely manner.
- Pick, pack, process and book transport for all goods outwards orders.
- Maintaining a tidy organized dispatch warehouse area, ensuring it is always safe to operate in.
- Liaise with Store/Assistant managers with all OH&S warehousing requirements

**Does this sound like you?**
- Previous receiving and warehousing / order processing experience.
- Methodical and well organised.
- Following through with all tasks, short and long term.
- Has worked with, understands, and has a passion for tools.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammate.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable with technology - computer literacy is a must. (Excel)
- Available for weekdays, and some public holiday work
- Experience using a walkie stacker/forklift (with a current forklift license, preferred not essential)
