**Hotel & Retreat Manager - Boutique Property in the Macedon Ranges**

We’re seeking a passionate Hotel & Retreat Manager to lead a stunning 70-room property nestled in the picturesque Macedon Ranges. With a strong focus on food and beverage, functions, and events, this is the perfect opportunity for a former Director of Sales (DOS) or Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) ready to step into their first hotel management appointment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth property management.**:

- **Lead and inspire teams across accommodation, food and beverage, and events.**:

- **Drive sales and revenue growth, leveraging your sales expertise to increase market share.**:

- **Build relationships with clients, event organisers, and local businesses to boost bookings.**:

- **Ensure financial performance by managing budgets, optimising costs, and maximising profitability.**

What We’re Looking For:

- **Proven background as a DOS or DOSM within hotels or country resorts.**:

- **Strong sales skills with the ability to lead the sales process and achieve revenue targets.**:

- **Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and develop teams.**:

- **Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, especially within F&B and events.**:

- **Ambition to step into a Hotel Manager role and make a lasting impact.**

**What We Offer**:
Salary of $110,000 to $120,000.
