5 Boroughs Everton Park is looking for a Part Time / full timer Shift supervisor.

Roles & Responsibilitites:

- **Supervision and Management**:Overseeing front-of-house staff and operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and resolving any issues that arise.
- **Customer Service**:Providing excellent customer service, handling complaints professionally, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
- **Staff Training and Support**:Providing training and feedback to front-of-house staff, addressing any issues or conflicts, and supporting them in their roles.
- **Operational Efficiency**:Monitoring and managing the overall operation, including seating arrangements, table turnover, and ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
- **Communication**:Reporting to the general manager, communicating any issues or concerns, and keeping staff informed about changes or procedures.
- **Other Tasks**:May also be responsible for tasks like managing bookings, taking orders, and assisting with cash handling.

Bartending Experience is MUST

Should be able to work Weekends
- Start ASAP
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.70 - $40.05 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
