- Full time and casual positions available._

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Polishing plates and cutlery
- Washing dishes, cutlery and heavy service equipment including large pots and pans
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitising of all surfaces
- Using various types of commercial dishwashers and cleaning chemicals

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- A desire to learn and develop your skills in a luxury environment
- Comfortable working independently, and in a team
- Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
