We're on the lookout for skilled and passionate experienced section waiter to join our front-of-house team at the stunning Lotus Barangaroo.

Our restaurant is fast-paced yet refined, operating 7 days a week,.This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating memorable dining experiences, has excellent product knowledge, and excels in dynamic, high-energy environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to our valued guests, ensuring a delightful dining experience.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate a sound knowledge of our menu offerings and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
  • Ensure the proper setup of tables and maintain a clean and tidy dining area.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or hospitality establishment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverages, including wine and cocktail service.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Available Monday to Sunday, as required by the restaurant's operating hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.31 – $33.38 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
