Searching for an experienced Functions Coordinator to arrange the administration and site inspection processes for a smaller venue in Melbourne.

Managing telephone and website inquiries

Invite clients for site inspections and follow through

Take bookings and organise running sheets

Coordination to FOH and kitchen staff

Assisting the restaurant in bookings & busy times

**About the Coordinator**:

- Friendly & outgoing personality_
- Computer-literate_
- Creative with websites and social media platforms_
- Able to work unsupervised_
- Team player and understanding of booking sequences_
- Excellent telephone techniques_
- Confident in guest relations_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Solid Event or Function: 4 years (required)
