**The Role**:
The Data and Analytics office is looking for a project officer with data governance experience.
- Managing group mailbox by triaging requests, coordinating responses, filing, and reporting.
- Coordinating the investigation of and response to data incidents as they arise. Management of SharePoint content.
- Assisting in the provision of secretariat and/or project management support.
- Preparing high quality written reports, briefing, minutes, and communication materials for a range of audiences.
- Contributing to analysis and advice on policies, plans and procedures.
- Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

**About you**:

- Previous data governance experience is an advantage.
- Highly motivated with a high attention to detail
- Previous secretariat experience
