**About the Role**
**Key duties include**:

- Managing end to end recruitment & selection processes.
- Maintaining an applicant tracking system.
- Manage advertising & job boards.
- Onboarding new employees.
- Forecasting recruitment needs.
- Executing attraction strategies and initiatives.

**About You**
We are looking for an energetic self-motivator who will be able to hit the ground running and utilise their previous recruitment experience to help Carers Plus to recruit a high volume of new staff. You will ideally be comfortable conversing with a diverse range of people and be familiar with advocating for your business and the roles you hire for.
**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience within a recruitment consultant role is highly desirable.
- Experience recruiting within a health sector and/or high volume environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding time management & fast administration skills.
