**What You’ll Do**
- **Empathetic Customer Interactions**: Manage Major Loss claims with a focus on providing a compassionate, expert experience to our customers. You’ll be the go-to person, connecting with clients in difficult situations and helping them through the process.
- **Smooth, Efficient Claims Management**: Handle checks, assessments, and all necessary steps to finalize a claim in a timely manner, ensuring we meet daily settlement targets.
- **Contribute To Our Motor Strategy**: Play a key role in helping us deliver on our mission of being #100% Motorvated—getting our customers back on the road fast
- **First-Call Resolution**: Be proactive in resolving inquiries and providing solutions during customer calls, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
**What You’ll Bring**
- **Customer Service Experience**: Proven background in a high-touch, phone-based customer service role.

**Hours & Training**
You’ll work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, and will be rostered to start your shift anytime within the following windows, depending on your location:
- **QLD**: 7:00am - 10:00am
- **VIC/NSW**: 8:00am - 11:00am
**To set you up for success, you’ll undergo 3-5 weeks of full-time, onsite, training, Monday to Friday, at your relevant office.**
