Little Sutton Bakehouse is excited to announce the expansion of our team as we introduce a new cafe environment. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and delicious baked goods, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality service.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Someone who works well in a team environment.
- Good communication skills with customers and within the team.
- Good knowledge and understanding of hospitality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Bakehouse.
- Someone who enjoys hospitality and the skills you can learn from it.
- Works well under pressure in a busy and fast paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a cafe or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A passion for food, coffee and providing excellent customer service.
