Full-time permanent opportunity for an experienced road designer to join a collaborative team in Parramatta
- $100,000 - $125,000 + superannuation + salary continuance insurance
- Experience designing complex infrastructure projects in the Roads and Transport space

Working closely with the Design Team Leader in our growing Roads team in Sydney, this is a varied role that will see you join a multi-disciplinary team, working with clients ranging from Government agencies, Utilities Service Providers and transport providers to major mining clients. This will see you involved in but not limited to:

- Supporting project teams on a variety of road and civil design projects for public and private sector clients
- Preparation and coordination of 12D geometric road designs utilising OpenRoads or 12D
- Undertake Civil Design of associated civil structures such as roads, ramps and drainage structures
- Undertake and manage allocated technical work tasks to agreed deadlines
- Produce accurate and timely detail drawings and design documentation and outputs for drawings in accordance with project plans
- Engineering calculations to ensure design standards are met and quantify construction quantities

What you will bring to the team
- Your experience of working in the transport industry
- ability to perform design and drafting work with extensive knowledge in OpenRoads or 12D
- Demonstrated knowledge of interpreting design standards and practices
- Good communication (both verbal and written) and collaboration skills
- 10+ years of design experience, and a relevant qualification
