**Role Overview**: We are looking for organized and proactive Customer Service Representatives to support our growing team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth customer interactions and providing top-notch support to our clients. This position involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed assistance to customers.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Must have the right to work in Australia.
