The Opportunity

As a Storeperson, you will support our warehouse operations, handling tasks from receiving goods to dispatching orders. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and dispatching orders to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will assist with inventory management and maintain necessary administrative records.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based around a Monday - Friday roster at Bullivants Welshpool, WA.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support the efficient receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring proper management of stock movement and storage within the warehouse
- Oversee the receipt, labelling, and storage of incoming goods. Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in a timely manner
- Trade Counter Support in the dispatch of products at the trade counter, ensuring customers collect the correct orders
- Conduct essential administrative tasks related to the warehouse, including regular stocktaking to maintain inventory accuracy
- Operate machine and equipment to facilitate daily tasks, adhering to Bullivants ’ policies and safety standards

To be successful, you will have:

- Experience in warehousing and knowledge with various warehousing activities
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively as needed
- Prior experience in customer-facing or customer-centric roles is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive, proactive attitude
- A customer service mindset and the ability to thrive in a team environment
- Relevant warehousing experience in receiving, picking, packing, and/or dispatching is beneficial
