**The Tradelink Opportunity**
- There’s never been a better time to join us as our Warranty Support Representative. As Warranty Support Representative you will be responsible for facilitating all warranty and insurance claims, as well as processing the spare parts request for Tradelink brands ensuring claims and requests are closed out in an efficient and timely manner.
- As Warranty Support Representative, your responsibilities will include:

- Corresponding with all relevant parties relating to the claim.
- Assist in receiving, inspection and testing of product returned from warranty claims.
- Organise replacement parts and ensuring impact on stakeholders are kept to a minimum.

- You'll need a strong knowledge in facilitating warranty and insurance claims, other than that we’re also looking for:

- Able to works cooperatively with others inside and outside of the organisation and build mutually-beneficial partnerships.
- Organise time effectively; create work schedules and prioritise; sets realistic timescales
- Adapt well to changes in assignments and priorities.
- Identifies problems using logic, judgment and appropriate data to evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions required to achieve the desired outcome
