Join a progressive Canberra-based consultancy as a full-time Defence Consultant | $90k - $110k.

**Your new company**
Based in a modern office in the heart of Canberra, this boutique agency is an energetic group of Federal Government consultants specialising in the integration of strategy, policy, digital, compliance, and general consulting expertise to achieve real outcomes. On the back of a few successful growth years, they are looking to expand their Defence and National Security team with a new Consultant.

**Your new role**
You’ll enjoy the opportunity to expand your consultancy skills within the Defence sector. Working within a wider team, you will be responsible for providing high-level advice to clients, manage stakeholder relationships and assist to ensure projects run smoothly meeting contractual obligations and outcomes.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You’ll have a passion for helping clients overcome challenges to deliver projects on-time and to the highest standard, along with:

- An understanding of the One Defence Capability System
- Experience with project documents (statement of work, budget reporting/costing, risk management, change management etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to obtain an NV1 security clearance
