Coles 360 is the retail media business of Coles, connecting shoppers with the brands they know and love. Whether it’s through engaging content, omnichannel storytelling or personalised offers, we connect brands our customers know and love with millions of Australians every week. Retail media globally is experiencing exponential growth, and at Coles 360 we are accelerating our offer and expanding our team to help us deliver on our ambitious growth targets.
**About the role**
A newly created opportunity for a Head of Product & Audience has arisen within Coles 360. Coles 360 connects with customers when it matters - where they’re living and when they’re shopping. With a deeper understanding of customer behaviour, we design media solutions that shape to brand objectives and drive measurable impact.
This is an exciting and unique role to be at the core of the Coles 360 business, delivering a unified Product & Audience strategy that delivers long term growth and helps shape the future of the business. Working cross-functionally and collaboratively with Coles channel owners, customer data teams, off network platforms (Meta, Google etc.) and activation partners (Smith Street), you will be at the forefront of the Coles 360 offer to market.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Reporting to the General Manager of Coles 360, you’ll develop the Coles 360 Product strategy (both owned and offsite channels) and develop and evolve our audience proposition using best practice market intelligence to identify opportunities for growth and delivering against these initiatives.
**You’ll also**:
- Collaborate with Coles’ channel owners (Coles Magazine, POS, website) to optimise existing and develop new products to enable future growth
- Lead engagement with our agency partner in the development and execution of off-network opportunities
- Create and co-create Coles 360 product based on supplier partner requirements and reflective of the changing landscape
- Opportunity to ‘connect’ and ‘digitise’ our owned and operated channels
- Develop, lead, and implement the Coles 360 audience and product proposition
- Influence and collaborate across Coles’ stakeholders to bring the audience strategy and commercialisation of it to market
- Grow and commercialise new and established Coles’ data assets, digital audiences and associated data services for Coles’ use and benefits of its clients and partners
- Recruit and manage a team of high performing Product Managers and Audience specialists
**What you bring**:
Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business, you have 10+ years’ experience in Digital Media, Media Technology Platforms, Tech, or Advertising and bring notable Audience experience.
A strong cross-functional leader and collaborator, you excel at pinpointing new opportunities, potential new partnerships, and can develop the strategy to bring them to life.

**You’ll also need**:
- Experience working cross-functionally in a large organisation
- Demonstrated knowledge of off-network platforms and products
- Broad knowledge of the media owner landscape across all media channels
- A deep understanding of how to leverage first party data across owned and off network platforms
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a product management role is highly regarded, though not necessary.
