This is a part-time role.

You will have experience using Xero/ AirWallex and possess excellent time management skills.

**Duties**:

- Processing and balancing accounts receivable
- Processing and balancing accounts payable
- Bank reconciliations
- Payroll processing
- Invoicing
- Working cosely with our external accountant

**Qualifications & experience**
- Established bookkeeper Trainee Accountant with Extensive knowledge of Excel and Xero/ AirWallex

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Bookkeeping BAS Compiling financial reports Updating inventory systems Assisting with invoicing Costing analysis

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- AirWallex: 1 year (preferred)
- Xero: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping (preferred)
