Health Promotion Program Coordinator

BizHealth Consultants is a dynamic business responsible for the procurement and delivery of Health and Wellness initiatives and services to public and private companies Australia-wide.
The Health Promotion Program Coordinator is primarily responsible in communicating with clients and internal staff members to schedule appointments for onsite workplace health promotion events as well as general administration tasks to coordinate such programs.
Key Accountabilities include:
- answering and directing phone calls
- making phone calls
- taking and distributing messages
- handling enquiries and incoming work requests
- checking and distributing relevant documents and correspondence
- compiling records of office activities
- preparing and sending outgoing mail
- data entry
- coordinating work-flow
- end-to-end contacting & coordination of vaccination bookings
- arranging distribution of information for vaccination bookings
- generating on-line/manual booking systems for vaccination programs
- liaising with other staff associated with vaccine programs
- assisting in any components of other BizHealth health promotion programs

Contract length: 4 months
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
