As the Space Analyst in our Workplace Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing space planning strategies and processes that ensure our physical workspaces are optimised for productivity, collaboration, and employee well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and data analysis to translate user pain-points to requirements.- Develop and implement efficient space planning strategies.- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on space utilisation.- Maintain accurate records of space allocations and occupancy.- Improve internal platforms for workspace planning and optimisation.- Provide ongoing reporting and analysis for decision-making.- Support leadership in evaluating space needs and software suitability.- Manage external vendors and brief them on requirements.- Review and refine space management policies and standards.- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of space management strategies.- Identify and implement innovative planning approaches to improve efficiency and workplace experience.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in space planning and workplace design
