IT Services Analyst

Due to major growth we are expanding our IT Services team in Sydney and currently looking for an IT Services Analyst to join the team.

As an IT Services Analyst, you will provide exceptional Level 1 customer support to our Sydney-based teams as well as supporting the wider company alongside other localized Service Desk teams. You'll be part of the IT Services team and responsible for the customer-facing delivery of the IT Services strategy globally.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Conduct preliminary analysis of IT service requests and incidents, and manage responses within pre-established service level agreements.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to members of the organization at various hierarchical levels.
- Administer the procurement, recording, and configuration of asset and hardware inventory in accordance with global standards.
- Ensure the proper configuration and maintenance of security controls on all VGW asset endpoints.

What you will bring to the role:

- Experience working in an environment with a geographically distributed workforce.
- Proficient in ITIL, Okta Identity Provider (IdP) and Google Workspace.
- Experience in managing MacOS, Windows, and Google ChromeOS workstations.
- Familiar with Software as a Service (SaaS) environments and associated infrastructure.
- Experience in supporting video-conferencing and audio-visual systems.
