Join us for an exciting future and let's innovate together **Your role in the team** It supports the Head of Marketing in executing specific deliverables through the year that align to key strategic priorities. **What you'll do** Integrated Media Planning - Working in collaboration with the Brand and Acquisition team, build commercial integrated media strategies across short/mid/long-term planning process and for specific campaign deliverables - Develop and execute comprehensive media plans that contribute to achieving key metrics including prompted and unprompted brand awareness and consideration, new accounts, first trades, CPA and CPFT (cost per first trade). - Work with internal media parters and external media agencies to develop recommendations for budget allocation, channel mix and campaign flighting plans. Campaign Delivery - Together with the Brand and Acquisition team, internal and external media partners, deliver integrated campaigns across multiple paid and owned channels. - Leverage centrally and regionally created programmes where relevant. - Engage external agencies where appropriate to deliver strategy and campaign assets. - Manage the development of despatch timelines Budgets - Manage allocation within SNG budget. - Monthly reporting on committed budgets, accruals and remaining budget. Performance - Work with Brand and Acquisition to define campaign measures, ensuring that these can be implemented as accurately as possible. - In collaboration with the insights team, analyse in market performance across our brand & competitors to make compelling, insights-driven recommendations. - Where relevant, build dashboards to track in flight campaign performance enabling team members to "self-service" when it comes to understanding and optimising performance. Action orientation, restlessness, and forward-looking mindset - with a natural ability to simplify complexity and drive output through others - Experience with key digital channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic/Display. - Marketing professional with a holistic knowledge and interest in digital marketing, with a good creative eye to deliver best-in-class digital marketing strategies & execution. - Excellent organisation and time management skills with the proven ability to manage and deliver multiple campaigns or projects, as well as managing stakeholder expectations. - Great communication skills that land key messages and influence effectively - across verbal, written and presentation output. - Good commercial acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced trading driven environment. - Good attention to detail and proficient with data manipulation; analytically minded and able to extract actionable insights. Technical Skills: - Experience working with media platforms, tracking methodologies and dashboards. - Solid experience working with Tableau / Power BI to build and enhance campaign performance
